Designer's note:
The Titanium Blue Rust design resulted from the artist’s experimentation with color manipulation through direct Titanium oxidation.
In working with the original Titanium Rust design, we raised oxidation pattern across the spectrum, and ended with our “Blue Rust.” By observing and controlling the changes in color during various levels of heat treatment, in conjunction with the application of various hand-stressed techniques, a soft palette is achieved, reminiscent of natural silk and velvet.
All Prototype Series back covers are unique, and because of the nature of technique used, many of these designs are one of a kind, and none will be exactly alike.
This design will only be made to order, so please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for order completion, prior to shipment.
